(1) If a certificate is presented to the committee with false or damaged pages or blank pages, the committee may cancel it and issue a new certificate in its place. If a certificate is lost or destroyed, and if proof is presented to the satisfaction of the committee, the committee shall advertise the matter at least once in a newspaper published in Nepal, and after taking as much security as it sees fit, the shares related to the lost or destroyed certificate shall be replaced by another person. Can issue a new certificate.
(2) For each new certificate issued under sub-rule (1), the Corporation shall pay Rs. A fee of 1.- will have to be paid.
